I think what you are saying is that the clothes stick to the drum and burn.

I recommend not packing the dryer to max capacity.  This will allow the clothes to fall when it reaches the 12 o'clock position.

Use a larger dryer.  This will allow the clothes to not be in constant contact with the hot drum.

You can program the dryer's max temperature.

Clean your drum with oven cleaners. Brush it down very well. Put in a bunch of wet old clothes and run the dryer. The only way clothes will "stick" is if the interior of the drum has a sticky substance on it.

i won't suggest any petroleum base liquid for fear the surrounding igniters might set off the fumes. However, maybe after hours if you don't have any standing pilot lights and a good fan blowing.

I had this issue with several speed queen dryers awhile back.  I called speed queen and they had a replacement for the motor pulley that slowed the turn of the dryer drum just enough to make the clothes start to tumble again.  Not sure why this started happening out of the blue but evidently it was a known problem because the tech took about 1 minute to tell me what to do to solve the issue.
