Make sure the drain is not backing up especially if it shares the drain with other machines trying to drain at the same time.

The EDC monitors the reading from the thermistor and when it calls for heat the heat relay closes and provides power to the gas valve through all the safety devises. When temperature has been reached the heat relay opens and there will be no more voltage on the safety devices.

Welcome to business in California Tam! I went through a similar situation quite a while back and I feel your frustration. Based on my experience you need a WC attorney and if you can settle for those numbers pay up and move on. ALWAYS have W.C. insurance unless you hire a professional company that has ...

When it is in the 'failed' mode you need to measure the voltage across the coil that is supposed to be operated. If the voltage is correct try tapping on the coil. If the voltage is not correct(120 or 240 depending on your machine) you'll need to follow it back to the control board(timer). --------- ...

Hi Laura, I think your numbers are reasonable and worth sticking to. I will add that I have purchased 'fixer' stores that worked out very well and with your experience in real estate you should be able to spot them but they will not meet your requirements until you turn them around. Just make sure they ...

That was a reliable lock in its day but no longer made. Are you sure the solenoid is bad? The switch is not in its proper condition so I'm wondering what you mean by 'acting up' As for parts your best choice is finding someone that has an old one lying around in the back room. ------------------------------ ...

Mark, As a comparison my store has 2-75#, 3-60#, 8-40#, 2-35#, 12-20# and 16 top load washers. I have four tankless heaters and never have any problems with hot water. I have shut down one heater for a couple of months and still had no complaints and it's a pretty busy store. I no longer try to prove ...

Hi, I wanted to add that from my experience four heaters would take care of your store quite well and you wouldn't have needed the 350 gal storage tank and the space it occupies. The tank adds to the standby heat loss plus you have to re-heat the 350 gallons every day wasting gas. Also the system was ...

As a store owner and Paloma distributor I have been using tankless heaters for 25+ years and I agree that 3 heaters should take care of your needs especially in southern Airzona. Eric, You really need to keep track of average turns per day for each type and size of machine to see what the demand really is in order to determine what you should spend your $ on. Without those numbers it is hard to advise you. The Clean show would also be helpful to get a better idea of what a load ...

I believe that is a heat error meaning the dryer did not reach temperature in the proper time. According to the factory this can be caused by poor gas supply due to gas valve or gas line being too small, air supply to building and dryer insufficient or restrictions in the venting, I had this problem ...
