Every time I bag and save clothes no one claims them. Any person that has ever called looking for lost clothing I do not have.

Maybe it was accidental and someone will return them. Just the other day I had a young lady just about in tears because all her clothes were gone from a dryer when she returned. Come to find out another customers boyfriend that was helping her inadvertently unloaded the wrong dryer and bagged it up with ...

Tide claims coldwater clean contains smart suds technology which collapses suds so it is formulated for frontload washers. If you want suds keep a squeeze bottle of Dawn handy but only a drop or two at a time.

Can't you read your own meter and double check the meter reading? Mine has been misread before and also the person inputting the info into the billing system has input wrong numbers before. Once I was billed for $58,000.00

Steve, I saw the delivery time and that is excessive. It is usually just a few days shipping by usps. You could contact the seller and see what the time would be, maybe it is a misprint.

I just love it when someone comes in and puts their clothes in a $3 washer and I'm going to see $1 in profit on that turn in a good year. Then I see them go buy a box of soap (.50 profit) Then go buy a snack (another .50) Wash it down with a soda (.75) Play a couple video games (1.00) Go throw it in ...

Michael, Call Mountain Electronics. I have apartment laundry rooms with varying equipment and have had different boards repaired by them that were not listed on their website. It's worth a call to see if they repair a particular board.

It is all about customer service. Some are into it and some not so much. Most all requests I get are from people that just need a dollar to finish their drying. I still pick up pennies. Reminds me of where I came from with nothing.

No luck. I must have pitched them during the last clean out as they did not fit anything. All I can remember is some sort of german? sounding name. Did a search on them and came up empty.

Probably not a bad shop rate price. Parts about $30 and less that a 30 minute job. I do my own. Replace the bearings and blow out all the dust. They last for years.

I have a rooftop unit but years ago I had a heating contractor drop two return lines with easily accessible filters down the walls onto the laundromat. Best improvement I ever did. Easy to shop vac every week and replace every month. A 3 pack of 20X25 pleated filters is less than $10

I agree with Larry A about them not having to treat the water on the sewer side. I would go back to them with that and say you are more than happy to pay your average bill for the 3 months plus all the extra water if they would just remove the sewer portion for all the extra gallons over the average ...

Being in the Northeast with sometimes sub zero weather I disabled all my anti wrinkle features. In the winter all it does is bring in frigid air making the customers clothes cold after they are dry. A customer equates cold clothes to wet clothes. Customers want to feel nice warm clothes.

Check the flow to the softener compartment. Sometimes there are restrictors inline that get partially plugged. Most of my softener problems come from old outdated thick or past frozen softeners that have been riding around in someones car for six months.
